   Go to root directory and see if there is a .htaccess file there. If yes, open and add the following code:

   php_value upload_max_filesize 64M
   php_value post_max_size 64M
   php_value max_execution_time 300
   php_value max_input_time 300

   This is second solution using cPanel:

   Login to your cPanel. Under Software click on Select PHP Version.
   

   Click on Switch to PHP Options.
   

   You can then click on each property and change its value. Then click on Save.
