    1. How to change the Top NAV Bar Background Color and Nav Menu Text Color.
    Open the style.css from theme folder. Find below line:

    .navbar-default {
        background-color: #f7f7f7;
        background-image: url("http://i.imgur.com/FD81ulp.png");
        background-repeat: no-repeat;
        border-bottom: 0 none;
        border-radius: 0;
        box-shadow: none;
    }

    You can change hex color #f7f7f7.
    If you don’t want use background image, you can remove this line:

    background-image: url("http://i.imgur.com/FD81ulp.png");

    2. How to reduce the width of Top NAV Bar and Footer Nav Bar.
    Reduce the width?? Sorry, I don’t understand your question. Can you explain more details, please!

    3. How to make the Sidebar Inside Post a little bit more closer to Content Part.
    Find below line, and you can change the size of padding right, example become 20px or 15px:

    .bw_left_single {padding-right:30px;}
